About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As an ERP Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our ERP system, Epicor, and ensuring its seamless integration with our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Epicor across all sites, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Define and prioritize enhancements to Epicor, managing the implementation process with internal and external resources.
  • Review and optimize Epicor SOPs, ensuring they reflect current work flows and are consistent across sites.
  • Implement internal software tools, such as maintenance and purchasing software, across all sites.
  • Implement one invoice approval software and EFT across all sites.
  • Review and recommend Epicor modules or other software tools that can improve business performance and deliver cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT/Accounting role, with a proven track record of leading change, developing people, and managing projects.
  • Experience using Epicor and other ERP systems.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects remotely.
  • High level of technology competency, including Epicor, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Minimally, an undergraduate degree in Business or IT, ideally a CPA.
  • Ability to travel within North America as required.
  • Bi-lingual with high French and English competencies.
