Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Operations Specialist to join our Global Transaction Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and driving a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and process wire payment instructions in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with bank procedures and regulations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve payment errors and discrepancies, and implement process improvements to enhance quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices and standards to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily workflows and contribute to all queues to expedite payment execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of wire payment formatting and regulations to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Participate in establishing and maintaining a high-performance environment, fostering an inclusive work culture, and implementing a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates team members.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of bank operating and administrative processes to resolve day-to-day problems.
  • Payment knowledge, particularly with regards to international and domestic wire payments rules and regulations.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
