Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team at Agence EvenemenCiel. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events from conception to completion.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, event management, or a related field.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in event planning, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in French and English languages.
- Coordinate and execute events, including conferences, meetings, weddings, and festivals.
- Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and budgets.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure event success.
- Ensure event safety and security protocols are in place.
