Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at SPIN Jeux & Activations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and meetings from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and itineraries.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and event staffing.
- Manage event marketing and promotion, including social media and email campaigns.
- Ensure event compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in event planning software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
