Job Title: Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at Covertech Industries Limited. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
Requirements:
