Liability Claims Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Liability Claims Specialist to join our team at Travelers. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for handling severe liability claims and providing exceptional customer service to our insured parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate claims thoroughly by contacting relevant parties and gathering necessary information.
- Manage litigation cases effectively and maintain accurate claim files.
- Provide quality customer service and ensure timely communication with insured parties.
- Evaluate all claims for recovery potential and make independent decisions on assigned cases.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- University/College degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge in claim and litigation.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions on assigned cases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
