Job Title: Parts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our Parts department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and productive management of our inventory, ordering parts, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including obsolete inventory.
  • Order parts in accordance with company and OEM guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty platforms and maintain accurate records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
  • Monitor and analyze department financial statements to ensure profitability.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Parts department, including deliveries and returns.
  • Collaborate with service managers and technicians to maintain an effective workflow.
Requirements:
  • Minimum years of experience in the parts industry.
  • Excellent product knowledge and understanding of parts pricing.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
