We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team at Best Pro Drywall Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of drywall installation teams to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Project Management
    • Plan and coordinate drywall installation projects from start to finish.
    • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, team performance, and other relevant metrics.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of project-related documents and data.
  • Recruitment and Staffing
    • Recruit and hire qualified drywall installers and other team members as needed.
    • Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for projects.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices in the drywall installation industry.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in drywall installation or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in English language.
