Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team at Best Pro Drywall Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in various construction projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of drywall in construction projects
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets company quality control standards
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of drywall installers
  • Monitor and control costs, materials, and labor to ensure project profitability
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation or a related field
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards. The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces is essential.
