Job Title: Drywall Installation Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team at Best Pro Drywall Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, preparing production reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Prepare production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on all job sites.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation.
  • Organized and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. The position requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment and to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
