Marketing Project Lead
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Project Lead is essential in executing product introductions, crafting marketing resources, communication plans, and overseeing events. This role is a temporary position with the potential for future freelance opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement marketing initiatives across digital platforms, social media, and email to enhance brand visibility Generate content for diverse marketing outlets and organize photo and video productions Strategize and coordinate the company's involvement in industry exhibitions Conduct media analysis, negotiate advertising placements, and create editorial materials Manage press communications and foster media relationships Oversee marketing collateral such as brochures, samples, and promotional items Assist the sales team with marketing resources and product launches Maintain inventory of marketing supplies and manage distribution logistics Provide support for technical product inquiries from Research and Development Develop pricing structures and address inquiries from the sales team Organize special client requests and eventsQualifications:
Excellent writing abilities in both French and English Strong multitasking skills and project prioritization Positive demeanor, collaborative spirit, and professionalism Familiarity with print production processes and experience with external suppliers Proficient in Microsoft Office and online marketing techniques Interest in B2B marketing or the interior design sector Intermediate English proficiency for communication with American partnersBenefits:
