Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mobile patrol operations, ensuring safety and security across designated areas.
- Conduct thorough reports and investigations of routine incidents.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential issues and provide assistance to those in need.
- Drive and patrol designated areas in a company vehicle, ensuring a prompt response to incidents.
Qualifications:
- Valid G or G2 Class Driver's Licence with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
- Driver abstract demonstrating no more than two minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than six demerits in the last three years.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
- Valid Ontario Security Licence.
Training Requirements:
Completion of the following online courses from the Paladin Learning Management System is mandatory:
- Driver's Licence Course
- Mental Health Awareness
- Supervisor Training Modules 1, 2, and 3
