Job Title: Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team at Science North. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories to identify top candidates
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and assessments
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill job openings
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software
