Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the resources needed to meet our culinary goals.
- Quality Control: Inspect and taste food to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
