We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Parker Rooftop, a luxurious indoor lounge offering exceptional dining experiences and premium hospitality services.

About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, utilizing strong organizational skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Provide expert knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and beer, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Accurately input orders through a POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Assist with setup and teardown of work server stations and restocking
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of serving experience
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and work well with others in a team setting
  • Ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask when required
  • Familiarity with handling cash or using POS systems
  • Able to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, weekend brunch, and holidays
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to learn
  • Valid Serving it Right certification
  • WSET 1, 2, or 3 certification an asset
