Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Senior Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with offshore and onshore personnel, reporting to the Project Technical/Engineering Manager. This role may involve offshore and international requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support DOF Subsea's core business initiatives, including lift rigging design, equipment sea fastening design, and installation analyses.
  • Ensure successful project completion within budgeted time and cost constraints.
  • Develop innovative solutions to client problems, promoting a healthy and productive culture.
  • Support business development and tendering activities as required.
  • Promote a safe, practical, cost-effective, and cutting-edge approach to project technical challenges.
  • Encourage open communication between engineering and operations.
  • Meet Regional and Departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Execute responsibilities according to lawful and ethical standards.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in an applicable engineering field.
  • Basic Survival Training (BST) would be an asset.
  • Professional Engineering license.
  • 5-10 years' experience in subsea project/installation engineering.
  • Familiarity with procedural writing and specialized software.
  • Knowledge of the marine environment and technical challenges.
  • Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
