Job Title: Financial Planning Manager

Capilano University is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for providing leadership in the planning, development, and monitoring of the University's operating, capital, and ancillary budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and supervise a team of financial analysts and planners.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and planning.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA designation or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
