Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team at the Provincial Health Services Authority. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial planning and analysis to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the organization's strategic objectives
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
  • Lead and manage financial planning and analysis projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on financial planning and analysis
Requirements
  • Professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, or CA) or a Master's degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on leadership and management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
