We are seeking a Part-time Supervisor for our DSW brand who is ready to make a difference.
As a Part-time Supervisor, you will work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate a store atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and builds strong customer relationships. Your role will involve exemplifying service excellence, mentoring team members, and driving store performance, including sales and online orders, in alignment with the Store Manager's directives. Your ability to excel in a fast-paced setting, collaborate effectively, and uphold operational standards will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to enhance store performance through exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
- Encourage a shopping environment that prioritizes responsive customer service, appealing merchandise displays, and operational integrity to foster customer loyalty.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members as directed by Store Management.
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability within the store and district.
- Ensure effective communication with the Store Manager.
- Efficiently manage store opening and closing procedures.
