Business System Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Implementation Specialist to join our team at Comtech Group Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring business systems to support our clients' capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform business and process analysis tasks such as requirements elicitation, verification, and validation.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements in various formats.
  • Perform data customization under supervision.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as preparing weekly and monthly reports, scheduling meetings, and capturing meeting minutes.
  • Develop and roll out training programs, including the creation of training manuals and other associated documentation.
  • Gather business process requirements and participate in development and testing.
  • Create test scenarios and test cases for internal testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Review the accuracy and integrity of program data incorporated into project reports.
  • Consult with senior team members to seek guidance and input during key phases of the project.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in PMIS Application, Implementation, and Configuration.
  • Experience in Construction Management, Projects Management, or Project Controls in a Capital Projects context.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or Engineering.
  • Recognized Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) or Business Analysis certification (PMI-PBA or CAPB) is considered a strong asset.
