Business System Implementation Specialist

Comtech Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business System Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) applications in a capital projects context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform business and process analysis tasks, including requirements elicitation, verification, and validation.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements in various formats, including technical and functional requirements documentation, user stories, process flows, forms, and workflows.
  • Perform data customization under supervision.
  • Carry out administrative tasks, such as preparing weekly and monthly reports, scheduling meetings, and capturing meeting minutes.
  • Develop and roll out training programs, including the creation of training manuals and other associated documentation.
  • Gather business process requirements and participate in development and testing.
  • Create test scenarios and test cases for internal testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Review the accuracy and integrity of program data incorporated into project reports.
  • Consult with senior team members to seek guidance and input during key project phases.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in PMIS application, implementation, and configuration in a capital projects context.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or Engineering.
  • Strong understanding and application of business analysis skills, toolsets, and best practices.
  • Experience with PMIS or ERP systems, particularly Primavera Unifier, P6, and EcoSys.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
