Position Overview

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations within our esteemed establishment. This role is crucial in ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and systems are functioning optimally.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Specialization in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
Work Environment

This position is situated within a hospitality setting, specifically a hotel, motel, or resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts for the supply of necessary services and materials
  • Establish and enforce schedules for safety inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems
  • Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff
  • Develop and manage the operational budget for the facility
  • Coordinate administrative services including maintenance, cleaning, security, and safety inspections
