Job Summary

The Technician III - Stationary is a key member of our facilities team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes performing routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, as well as troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of facilities, mechanical, and electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Respond to service requests and perform repairs and maintenance on a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma plus trades training and/or certification or licensing.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities maintenance and repair, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
