About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our global digital offerings program, you will play a critical role in supporting our business development efforts and driving our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain our team's documentation and databases of events, awards, content, and campaigns
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral, including brochures, case studies, and press releases
  • Coordinate the distribution of internal and external newsletters and emails, ensuring timely and effective communication with our stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our market research team to support the collection and analysis of market trends and competitors, informing our business development strategies
  • Support marketing event and trade show planning and execution, ensuring seamless logistics and effective engagement with attendees
  • Provide administrative and project support to our global marketing lead and digital orchestration team, ensuring efficient and effective operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or relevant experience
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in marketing and business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and French
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in marketing software (Canva, Monday, etc.)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
