Job Summary:

The Controller position at CB Canada is a key role that oversees all aspects of finance and accounting for the company. As a seasoned financial professional, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business growth
  • Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and interpretation to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • CPA designation with 2-5 years of experience as a Controller
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
