Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of management reports, including financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform data entry, reconciliation, and verification of financial transactions.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Utilize accounting software and Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
- Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) or pursuit of CMA/CPA is a plus.
- Experience with full cycle accounting specifically in accounts receivable and payables.
- Experience with financial reporting and management accounting preferred.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
