Accountant Controller

At SRCO Professional Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Accountant Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems, as well as supervising staff and training them to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems
- Supervise staff and train them to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Analyze clients' financial records and prepare financial information
- Develop financial plans for clients and prepare reports and audit findings
- Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning
- Prepare financial statements and reports, and recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
- Chartered Accountants (CA) Designation
- Experience in financial planning and accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
