We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant Controller to join our team at SRCO Professional Corporation.
Job Summary:The Accountant Controller will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems, as well as supervising staff and training them on accounting procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial planning, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems
- Supervise staff and train them on accounting procedures
- Analyze clients' financial records and prepare financial information
- Develop financial plans for clients and prepare reports and audit findings
- Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
- Chartered Accountants (CA) Designation
- Strong background in accounting and financial planning
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
