We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Quick Care Pharmacy Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Workflow Management: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing workflow to ensure efficient operations.
- Third-Party Billing: Bill third-party insurers for services rendered.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Customer Service: Assist health care professionals and provide excellent customer service.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
- Personal Qualities: Possess accurate and organized skills to ensure seamless operations.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Schedule: 32 hours per week, permanent position.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
