Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated professional eager to make a significant contribution to the management of our natural resources. The successful candidate will handle a variety of responsibilities, engaging with clients across multiple sectors including forestry, oil and gas, mining, utilities, municipalities, and Indigenous Groups. This role requires a data-oriented individual who is quick to adapt to new technologies and possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and inspect clearing operations in oil and gas projects.
  • Provide daily field reports to clients and CCI management.
  • Conduct technical forestry tasks, including multiphase forest development.
  • Prepare reports and perform general office duties.
  • Work shifts in both British Columbia and Alberta as required.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and policies.
  • Complete a pre-access drug and alcohol screening if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Forest Professional (RFT, RPFT, or RPF).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in harvesting or forest operations.
  • Experience in oil and gas clearing is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid BC driver's license.
  • Familiarity with the BC regulatory framework.
