Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary
As a key member of our CB Canada team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. This position involves training and supervising Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks, while maintaining good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training sessions for new and current employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
• Conduct and participate in group meetings to discuss important topics and address any concerns.
• Coordinate evaluations with management to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations.
• Identify and implement solutions to package concerns, ensuring timely and safe resolution.
• Supervise daily activities of package handlers and clerks, ensuring all assigned duties are completed safely and efficiently.
• Uphold UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct at all times.

Requirements:
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
