Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as science, technology, engineering, or business administration.
  • Over 10 years of pertinent experience in data protection or related fields.
  • Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or NIST.
  • Experience in technology, information security, IT audit, compliance, or advisory roles, with hands-on experience in security controls being a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and technical understanding, with the ability to adapt quickly to new business areas or technologies.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, with excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, capable of balancing diverse perspectives.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
