Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement research ethics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support to researchers on research ethics and compliance, including the development of research protocols and the review of research proposals.
- Conduct thorough reviews of research proposals to ensure compliance with research ethics and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with researchers, faculty, and staff to promote a culture of research ethics and compliance within the institution.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on research ethics and compliance to promote awareness and understanding among researchers and staff.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in research ethics and regulatory requirements and ensure that policies and procedures are revised accordingly.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as research ethics, bioethics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in research ethics and compliance, including experience in reviewing research proposals and developing research ethics policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with researchers, faculty, and staff at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
