Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Pro-Formance Intermodel Inc. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform brake adjustments and preventive maintenance
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Accident or incident reports, bill of lading, driver logbook, inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), trans-border documentation, and trip reports
  • Refrigerated, straight truck (4,600kg+ or 10,000lbs+ with 3+ axles), and tractor-trailer experience
  • Valid driver's licence, willing to travel cross-border, and ability to drive manual transmission vehicle
Working Conditions:
  • Physically demanding, repetitive tasks, and sitting for extended periods
  • Attention to detail, handling heavy loads, and large workload
