About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Assistant to join our team at Bawason Homes Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, ensuring they are properly secured and transported to the work site.
  • Site Preparation: Help prepare the work site by removing rubble and debris, and cleaning the area to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assisting Tradespeople: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with their tasks, providing support and ensuring the smooth completion of projects.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, and help with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding and other structures.
  • General Labour: Perform general labour tasks as required, including cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
  • Manual Dexterity: Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential for this role, as you will be required to perform tasks that involve manual dexterity.
  • Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required, as you will be working closely with other tradespeople and members of the construction team.
