We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Assistant to join our team at Sanchez Drywall and Taper. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced carpenters.
- Participate in the demolition of buildings, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek. The primary language of work is English.
