Job Title: Senior UX Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our Digital Strategy team at Co-operators, a leading Canadian financial services co-operative. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a key role in shaping our user experience and informing our product development decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain user personas, user journeys, and other research artifacts
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate research findings into product development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • English language proficiency
  • French language proficiency is an asset
  • Strong research skills and ability to analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
