UX/UI Designer Job Description

We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team at Topsite Development. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop user-centered design solutions that meet client goals and objectives
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and designs that balance aesthetics and usability
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to enhance appearance, interactivity, and other UI elements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX and UI for client projects
Requirements:
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creativity and end-to-end design process
  • Ability to apply user insights, data, and hypotheses to inform strategic design decisions
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and web development/marketing
  • Education in arts/design/marketing or related field
