Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions.
  • Supervise and organize the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning services.
  • Receive payments for specialized cleaning tasks.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure efficiency.
  • Establish work schedules for cleaning staff.
Supervision
  • Oversee light duty cleaners.
Specialization
  • Experience in the green economy sector is an asset.
Security and Safety Requirements
  • Criminal record check.
  • Driver's validity licence check.
