Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or arrange for their training.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.

  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning services.
  • Receive payments for specialized cleaning tasks.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
Supervision

Responsible for overseeing light duty cleaners.

Specialization

Experience in the green economy sector is preferred.
