Store Manager

Polo Farmers Market Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales, including planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective store management.
- Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure work environment, including conducting criminal record checks and maintaining a bondable status.
- Transportation and Travel: Utilize public transportation to travel to and from work, as well as for business purposes.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and sitting for short periods.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate a goal-oriented, positive attitude, and excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, with a strong understanding of marketing and sales principles.
- Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes, including reducing waste and promoting sustainable practices.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
