Position Overview

Our team is on the lookout for a Media Planner to enhance our marketing efforts. You will be a proactive leader with a strategic mindset, adept at managing campaigns, collaborating across teams, and fostering a culture of testing and learning within various accounts in the DTC landscape.

This role involves direct client interaction during reporting sessions, where you will articulate both the successes and challenges of your campaign management. This collaborative approach will enable you and the marketing team to evolve into more proficient marketers.

This position is fully remote, requiring regular weekly and monthly meetings with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage paid campaigns, analyze data, and report on performance metrics.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive paid media strategies and tactics to achieve client objectives through effective campaign optimization.
  • Generate media forecasts that align with client goals, utilizing historical data and industry insights.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using various platform interfaces, including Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook, and Google Ads.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, presenting insights and updates clearly.
  • Manage client requests, ensuring timely completion of quarterly and ad-hoc projects.
  • Proactively support client objectives for growth while exploring new platforms and strategic approaches.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Familiarity with major digital platforms, including Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Google Analytics certification is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, utilizing data from platforms such as Shopify and GA.
  • Advanced knowledge of paid media, including media calculations.
  • Ability to monitor and adapt to emerging paid trends and products, applying insights for agency and client benefit.
