Director - Unsecured Lending Product Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director - Unsecured Lending Product Strategist, Account Management and Pricing Leader. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Development: Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This includes managing product lifecycles, pricing, and account management strategies.
- Credit Risk Management: Manage credit risk associated with unsecured lending products, including setting risk parameters and tolerance for credit losses.
- Leadership and Management: Foster a culture aligned to BMO Financial Group's purpose, values, and strategy. Lead a team of professionals to drive business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Business Analytics and Insights: Develop and oversee business analytics and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Customer Experience: Develop and implement action plans that meet financial and growth metrics, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience: 5+ years of product management or strategy development experience, with a strong background in credit risk management.
- Education: MBA, B.Eng, or equivalent work experience required.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leaders.
