About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Unsecured Lending Product team. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies that meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage credit risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the business.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or strategy development.
  • Experience working in highly data-driven environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • MBA or equivalent work experience required.
  • Credit risk experience is an asset.
