About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering strategic initiatives that drive experiences for our retail unsecured lending customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage end-to-end ownership of pricing, line management, and other account management strategies for unsecured lending
  • Make strategic recommendations to senior leaders on pricing strategy, customer engagement, and credit risk management
  • Foster strong internal and external networks to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver business results
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management or strategy development experience
  • Experience working in highly data and model-driven environments
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and crafting stories to articulate business issues
  • MBA, B.Eng, or equivalent work experience required
  • Credit risk experience is an asset
  • Experience in large program delivery is an asset
