Job Summary

EA Industries Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our logistics operations.
  • Task Organization: Prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve operational goals.
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement operational logistics plans to optimize our supply chain and improve efficiency.
  • Work Order Management: Track and complete work orders in a timely manner, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
