Senior Territory Manager

About the Role:
The Senior Territory Manager will play a key role in supporting the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division. This will involve developing a deep understanding of the products and services provided by the division, and using this knowledge to promote these offerings to customers and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide technical training and support to customers in the Cath lab.
- Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements:
- An Honours Bachelor of Science degree.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in Cath Lab.
- Ability to travel throughout Ontario (minimum travel expectation is 30%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree.
