About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide evidence-informed services to individuals, groups, or communities, with a focus on occupational performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct services, consultation, education, and advocacy to clients and families
  • Engaging individuals, groups, and communities to enable meaningful and chosen occupations
  • Supporting clients to achieve optimum functional abilities and independence
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to build awareness, enrich support, and engage in quality improvement
  • Contributing to quality improvement and professional community

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completion of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program
  • Registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT)
