JK Contracting and Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents. Responsibilities:

* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
* Answer electronic enquiries
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory
* Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
* Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
