Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with your team, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve service standards and meet sales targets
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
  • Serve food and beverages, including operating the milkshake machine and coffee machine
  • Notify kitchen staff of shortages or special orders, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
  • Follow food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, and sweep and mop floors
  • May be required to cook or portion fries, and perform other minor duties to prepare food and serve customers
